We want all our customers to be pleased with all of their orders, but if this is not the case:
You have 14 days to request a refund/exchange.
All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging it came in.
Contact us via email email@example.com with your order number annd return/exchange request.
Once we have received the product back to us please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed back to the same card that the order was paid with.
Sale items are non-refundable.
All of our jewellery is carefully checked before it is packaged. However, if for any reason your items are faulty please get in touch immediately. We allow 28 days from purchase to refund/exchange a fault item.
